Engineering staff of EVN have over many years (individually since 1959 and as a firm since 1971) gained expertise, experience and local knowledge of Limpopo and extending into Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Northwest & KwaZulu-Natal, specifically surface and groundwater source development, water treatment, pumping systems, pipelines, canals, telemetry, reservoirs and reticulation systems. Rudimentary as well as sophisticated standards have been applied, according to what is appropriate and sustainable. The value of such work exceeds a Billion Rand over the past years. Of added importance is the utilisation of suitable computer and communication facilities. The most modern systems are employed.
